Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Veghax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to review and amend any of these terms of service at our sole discretion. Upon doing so, we will update this page. Any changes to these terms of service will take effect immediately from the date of publication.

2. Usage License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Veghax's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Veghax's website;
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Responsibilities

As a user of our fluid concierge logistics platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

"Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to coordinate the shipment of illicit, hazardous, or non-compliant food materials."

4. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Veghax and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Veghax at any time.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
